Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Auto Lyrics website (the "Service") operated by Auto Lyrics ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with accurate and complete information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
2. Subscription
Auto Lyrics offers subscription-based services. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes. Your subscription will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, as specified during the sign-up process. You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for the subscription fees.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel your subscription or we terminate it. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Except in cases where a charge has been made due to a website error, no refunds or credits will be provided for partial months or unused services.
3. Use of Service
Auto Lyrics grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the Service, subject to your compliance with these Terms. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
You may not use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Service. Misuse of the service, including but not limited to these prohibited actions, may result in immediate termination of your account and loss of all associated song data.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and the arrangement thereof, is the property of Auto Lyrics or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute anycontent on the Service without the express written consent of Auto Lyrics or the respective copyright owner, as applicable.
However Auto Lyrics does not claim ownership over the generated lyrics. You own the generated lyrics in full.
5. User-Generated Content
By submitting, uploading, or posting any content to the Service, you grant Auto Lyrics a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with the Service and Auto Lyrics' business, including without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service (and derivative works thereof) in any media formats and through any media channels.
You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the content you submit and that Auto Lyrics' use of the content will not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any applicable laws or regulations.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. Your account can be deleted upon email request
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Auto Lyrics and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Auto Lyrics be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
